The 2011 – 2012 audit for Australian Relief & Mercy Services Ltd is still before the auditor. This has made it impossible for Australian Mercy to complete its AGM. The reconvening of the Australian Mercy AGM will take place on Friday October 12, 2012 at 2 Wentworth St Port Kembla NSW 2012 at 9.00 a.m. All members of ARMS are welcome to attend. Further delays in the Auditor’s office have meant that the AGM is now adjourned until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday October 23rd, at the same address. The Board of Australian Mercy apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these continual delays.
