In the early part of the COVID crisis in Myanmar Buzz Off provided an information sheet about COVID 19 to remote parts of Burma through the Buzz Off team located in Yangon and its already existing networks. At the time this was one of the few sources on information available in the country!
Over the past few weeks, Buzz Off workers have been supplying food, masks and soap to families badly affected by the emergency. With the crisis continuing to grow in Myanmar many families and communities are suffering as unemployment grows. People are dying for the disease as it wreaks havoc in large centres such as Yangon and in the remote areas.
