Afghanistan Youth Empowerment and Peacebuilding
This project meets the needs/issues of a lack of peace education, mental health education, and leadership training for young people in Afghanistan by offering specific peacemaking training, leadership development training, and mental health education.
"Peace Starts With Me" is the program's name, where young people from Afghanistan gather to form new communities of peacemakers.

To see a movement of Afghan youth-driven peacebuilding across Afghanistan, including new Afghan youth-led projects that will be sustained locally.
To see a new community of peacemakers forming from alumni of our programs.
To See every school (elementary and high school) in Kabul teaching and implementing Peace Starts With Me curriculum.
