Australian Mercy will commence its Annual General Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on September 3o, 2015. The AGM will be held at the offices of Australian Mercy 2 Wentworth St Port Kembla NSW 2505.
As the audit remains uncompleted the meeting will be immediately adjourned for 21 days reconvening at 10:30 am on October 21st, at the same location.Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, it is expected that the latter meeting will complete the AGM process.
All members are encouraged to lodge proxy votes with the National Office if they are unable to attend. Proxies can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to PO Box 132 Port Kembla NSW 2505. Proxy forms can be downloaded here.
