In the coming days over 2,000 preschool children at Mae-la camp will celebrate Christmas thanks to Australian Mercy’s donors.
The camp is still in lock down but despite that all 23 preschools will hold Christmas parties where the children will each receive a small wrapped present, eat a Christmas meal of rice and chicken hear the Christmas story.
We have also ordered a second delivery of rice to the camp for December to make it Christmas for a few more families as well.
